How to get the export

Mindbody: Reports, Sales, Payment transactions (include declined), export. ClubWise: Reports, Direct Debit, Collections and Rejections, export. Ezidebit: Reports, Payment history including dishonours, export. If your platform splits successes and failures into two reports, paste both into one file.

A projection, not a fact

If a proper follow-up sequence recovers 35% of them

Everything above this heading is read straight from your file. This box is not: it assumes each unresolved member is on a recurring plan at their last failed amount, and it uses whatever recovery rate you set above.

The rate starts at 35%, which is Keptly’s own working assumption, not a published figure. Published dunning benchmarks quote 50 to 80%, but those measure every failed payment including the ones your platform already retried and fixed. The members counted here are the ones those retries did not fix, so the rate on what is left should be lower. Move the slider to your own view. There is no Australian data on this yet, and Keptly has no Australian clients to draw it from.
