Who is behind it

One operator in Sydney. Every rule on paper before the first club.

Keptly is run by Dylan Abreu, under DYZR, from Sydney. It is a recovery operator, not an agency and not software: one person directing the tools, reading every escalation the same day, and sending the Monday report.

What that paper is

Every figure on this site is transcribed from those files, including everything below, and the build fails if one of those records loses its trace.

60

Days, measured against a holdout. The guarantee settles at day 90.

Because there is no case study yet, the first engagement is built so you do not need one.

Straight answer

No Australian clients yet.

None yet in Australia, and I won’t pretend otherwise. That’s why the first 60 days are measured against a holdout, with the guarantee settled at day 90, so you’re not taking my word for anything. If you’d rather wait for a case study, say so and I’ll send it when I have one.

They see their own number before any money moves, they pay nothing until a missed payment has come back, their members are never charged a fee, the first 60 days are measured against a holdout, with the guarantee settled at day 90 on billing actually kept, nothing leaves their platform in the first configuration, and the first thing Keptly does is send a report, not a pitch.

What never happens

What never happens.

From the offer, word for word. These are the terms a club signs, not a values page.

  1. 01

No message to a member you have not approved the template for.

  2. 02

No data used for anything except the three jobs. Name, contact, amount, payment status and membership status. No health data, ever. Visit dates only if you later choose the Prevent work, under a re-signed data letter.

  3. 03

No fees added, no threats, no contact before 8am on weekdays, before 9am on weekends, or on national public holidays.

  4. 04

No more than five touches per failed payment and no more than eight messages to any member in any 30 days across all sequences.

  5. 05

No cancellation held up. A member who asks to leave has left, from the day they asked.

  6. 06

No message to anyone who has asked us to stop, in any words, on any channel.

  7. 07

Nothing sold to a member. Return offers are yours, at your price. Keptly does not sell memberships to trialists or prospects.

Compliance

The compliance position.

Keptly’s Recovery job is collection activity at the softest and earliest end of it, and it is built to comply. Saying “this isn’t debt collection” is not a defence and Keptly does not say it.

Checked against primary sources, 18 to 22 September 2026. Not legal advice.

ACCC and ASIC Debt Collection Guideline (RG 96, April 2021)
Inside its limits
Applies to creditors and their agents. Keptly’s cadence sits inside the recommended limits (no more than three contacts a week, ten a month), every message after the first is conditional, and contact hours follow the guideline’s table. The club is liable for Keptly’s conduct as principal, so Keptly indemnifies the club.
New South Wales
No licence; commercial agent rules apply
Honesty, no fees, honour opt-outs, evidence of liability on request, three-year records.
Victoria
No licence; statutory conduct rules apply
Including an absolute stop on a written “do not contact”.
Queensland
Automatic authorisation
For non-face-to-face collection, subject to a suitability test.
Western Australia and South Australia
Not serviced
A licence is probably required for a paid third party requesting payment of debts. Keptly does not service members located in WA or SA until it has legal advice or a licence.
Tasmania, Northern Territory, ACT
Unchecked
Checked before any club there is taken on.
Spam Act 2003
Factual and commercial, classified
Payment messages state a fact about an existing transaction and make no offer. Saves and Return messages are commercial: inferred consent from the membership, club identity, a working unsubscribe honoured the same day, nobody lapsed over 12 months.
Australian Consumer Law
Cancellation on request, no gate
One offer, never a ladder. Cooling-off cancellations bypass Saves entirely. The Unfair Trading Practices Act 2026 commences 1 July 2027 and makes an exit that requires unnecessary feedback unlawful; Keptly’s flow already complies.
Privacy Act
Exemption not assumed
Keptly does not assume the small-business exemption applies to a business handling client customer data for reward. The data letter limits data to the minimum, names the AI provider, and commits to deletion on exit. Legal advice on the exemption and on offshore processing is a gate before client one.
Insurance
Bound before client one
Professional indemnity A$5m, public liability A$20m, and cyber cover sized for holding customer data, to be bound before the first client’s data moves.
SMS Sender ID
From your platform
Registration on Australia’s SMS Sender ID Register has been mandatory since 1 July 2026. Keptly sends only from the club’s platform, and confirms at setup which sender ID the platform’s SMS provider has registered for the club.

See your number before you pay for anything.

The audit reads your last 90 days of payments in your browser, with the internet off, and shows the members whose last payment failed and was never fixed.

Or reply with your platform and rough member count and we send you the file, with what that number usually looks like for a club your size.
