The questions club owners ask, in the order they ask them.
These are the objections from the first conversation, answered the way I answer them on a call. If yours is not here, ask it by email and I will answer it in writing.

Australian clients, so far.
Which is why the first 60 days are measured against a holdout, with the guarantee settled at day 90, and why nothing on this site is a testimonial.
Straight answers.
01 Which gyms have you done this for?
None yet in Australia, and I won’t pretend otherwise. That’s why the first 60 days are measured against a holdout, with the guarantee settled at day 90, so you’re not taking my word for anything.
If you’d rather wait for a case study, say so and I’ll send it when I have one.
02 Our software already does this.
It retries and sends a default text, and that fixes some. I’m after the ones it didn’t. The audit shows whether that group is worth anything at your club. If it’s tiny, we shake hands and I go.
03 The front desk handles it.
When? Between check-ins and class changes, the ones that fixed themselves get noticed and the ones that didn’t don’t. I’d rather show you than argue: the audit is two minutes.
04 I don’t want a third party messaging my members.
Every template is approved by you, it goes out from your platform under your name, and every message says it was sent on your behalf by Keptly with a number to call.
The rules are on paper: five touches at most and only if the last got no reply, no fees, no threats, hardship and any “stop” straight to you.
05 What happens when a member rings reception asking who texted them?
They get told the truth in one sentence: the club uses Keptly to follow up payments, and here’s the manager if they want to talk. It’s on every message already. Nobody at the desk is caught out.
06 Who is liable if you message someone in hardship, or someone who has died? Are you insured?
Keptly indemnifies the club. Professional indemnity, public liability and cyber cover will be bound before the first client’s data moves.
Any reply mentioning hardship stops everything and goes to you the same day. Members flagged as deceased or in hardship in your system are never loaded. And I’ll say it plainly: this is collection activity at the softest end, and I run it to the ACCC guideline, not around it.
07 How do I know the recovery was yours and not the retry?
You don’t have to trust me. During the proof a share of the failures, a fifth at a big club and two fifths at a smaller one, is held out and only gets your platform’s normal retry. What I get credit for is the billing you collected from the members in my group that you didn’t collect from the held-out group, through day ninety, and the report prints the margin of error next to it.
After the proof, every message carries a unique link, and a payment only counts if it came through that link or the member replied first. Anything the retry collected is excluded.
08 Does this breach my platform’s terms?
I answer that from your platform’s terms, read, not from memory. If I haven’t read them, I’ll check and come back to you in writing.
09 What about privacy?
Name, contact, amount, payment status, membership status. Nothing else. No health data, ever. Visit dates only if you later choose the Prevent work, and the letter is re-signed for it.
We sign a one-page data letter before anything moves, it names the AI tool I use to draft, and it’s deleted when we stop. The audit itself never leaves your computer.
10 What does it cost?
The audit is free. The 60-day proof is A$1,950, and I don’t invoice it until the first missed payment has come back through our link. If nothing comes back in two weeks, there’s no invoice.
At day ninety we measure the billing Keptly kept against the holdout; if it’s under the guarantee, one times the fee for a club your size, two times for bigger clubs, the difference comes back to you, and if you continue the whole A$1,950 is credited against your first three months.
Then from A$1,400 a month depending on what you bill on recurring payments, about A$2.33 a member, month to month, or ten months for twelve if you prepay. Your members never pay a fee to us or because of us.
11 A virtual assistant does that for A$700.
They do, and if what you want is someone working the dishonour report, that’s the cheaper way to get it.
What I’m selling is different in two places: the cancellation conversation, in your manager’s name, processed on request, and a number measured against a holdout that I’m accountable for. If the audit says your leak is small, the VA is the right answer and I’ll say so.
12 Isn’t this just debt collection?
It’s the earliest, softest end of it, and I don’t pretend otherwise. Five messages at most, only if the last got no reply, then it stops and the list comes back to you. No fees, no threats, every message says who sent it.
I run it inside the ACCC guideline and the NSW rules for commercial agents. What I don’t do on a failed payment is anything after day 14.
13 Retention is a people thing.
Agreed. The cancellation confirmation comes from your manager’s name and replies go to their real inbox. What I automate is the noticing and the timing. The talking stays human.
14 Send me something.
I’ll send the audit file and a one-page description. If you’d rather send me the export instead, you’ll have the report in 48 hours under the data letter.
